Our construction projects have included heavy highway/bridges, residential, industrial and commercial. As a sampling they include the 50 million gallon Powell Butte Reservoir for the City of Portland, Oregon. The Lakes at Fisher’s Landing planned unit development in Vancouver, Washington, and the Federal Building in Portland, Oregon.

Case Study: Office Tower, Portland, Oregon
Owner’s schedule demanded that the 20 story office tower be fast tracked to meet market demand therefore we developed a One week per floor cycle in cast-in-place concrete. With concrete, the skin of the building could follow the floor construction reducing the overall construction time. Also by using concrete our floor to floor height was less thereby eliminating substantial quantities of expensive exterior skin material.
Case Study: Planned Unit Development in Vancouver, Washington
Open space requirements and wetland setbacks created a difficult site for lot sizing and access, therefore a PUD plan was selected to get adequate density. Pre-existing site use was a rock quarry so there were environmental issues that had to be addressed. The City Planning commission stated upon completion of the approval process that we were the best developer team they had ever worked with as we maintained excellent communications with not only the City staff, but the public as well.
